Jay Feinberg
​
J. Jay Feinberg has 50 years of experience in all phases of the real estate industry. He started his real estate career with his family company, The Adolph K. Feinberg Real Estate Company, in St. Louis, Missouri, which his father founded in 1924. He obtained his first real estate brokers license in the State of Missouri in 1967, subsequently obtaining brokers licenses in Illinois, California and Florida. He has preformed commercial real estate transactions on a national basis for his clients. He has extensive experience in working with oil properties and contaminated sites.
Mr. Feinberg has developed the full spectrum of commercial and residential real estate projects. Starting with the development of the Queensway Bay Hilton Resort & Marina in Long Beach in 1975, he has also developed the apartments, four condominium projects and numerous industrial properties.
He served as Chairman of the Avalon Planning Commission for many years, and was one of the founders and directors of the National Bank of Catalina. In Long Beach, he was the co-founder of the Long Beach Convention & Visitors Council, and served as its Chairman of the Board. He was also a co-founder and member of the executive committee of the Long Beach Economic Development Corporation.
Mr. Feinberg is a member of the American Industrial Real Estate Association (AIR), Pacific West Real Estate Association (PWR), and the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). He has served on the Board of Directors of the AIR for five years, most recently as the Chairman of the Arbitration Committee.
Mr. Feinberg graduated from Washington University in St. Louis with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree (BSBA). He has attended the Harvard Graduate School of Business (OPM) and Pacific Coast University Law School.
Chris Jimenez
Chris Jimenez has specialized for the past 28 years in the successful representation of Industrial Property clients within the general Southern California Area with sub-specialization in Trucking / Transportation Real Estate within the general area of the Port of Long Beach and Port of Los Angeles.
Chris grew up in Southern California and prior to his Real Estate days, came from the Operations Management/ Production Management Sector after attending Cal State University at Los Angeles. Chris resides in Downey, Ca. with his wife and 3 children.
As a professional musician, (Drums, Vocals and Percussion) Chris worked the night club circuit during his high school and college days and continues performing today on the Worship Team at Desert Reign Church in Downey.
